What should be my site’s Minimum PHP version?

As of August 31st 2025, PHP versions PHP 7.3, PHP 7.4, and PHP 8.0 will be deprecated. At the earliest, update your domain’s PHP version to 8.1 or higher so they don’t get impacted. For this change in PHP, you’ll need to make sure that your WordPress and other cPanel applications are supported with PHP 8.1 and higher by reviewing your apps and the plug-ins within the apps.
