This gives you an opportunity to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Learn how to create a website using basic tools such as static HTML, WordPress, Drupal, Wiki, etc.<\/li><li>Learn basic programming languages like Perl, PHP, Python, or Linux Shell scripting.<\/li><li>Have a free, personal website to publish your CV or resume and\/or showcase your intellectual property.<\/li><li>Create multiple course pages using subdomains and folders such as cs101.profX.su.domains, cs102.profX.su.domains,&nbsp; profX.su.domains\/cs101, profX.su.domains\/cs102 etc. or profX.su.domains\/cs102, profX.su.domains\/cs101, etc.<\/li><li>Create classroom online communities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most popularly used technologies on Stanford Domains are websites created with&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">WordPress<\/a>. Please consider using another <a href=\"https:\/\/uit.stanford.edu\/storage\">Stanford Storage<\/a> solution and link to the static file(s).<\/li><li>Store personal backups.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If you need significant space for a static content (other than web pages) like; images, videos, pdf consider using other options such as Amazon S3, Google Photos, or YouTube.
